. Winter weather advisory remains in effect from noon today to 6 am mdt Monday for elevations above 6500 feet.

A winter weather advisory for elevations above 6500 feet remains in effect from noon today to 6 am mdt Monday.

* Timing and main impact: light rain will change to snow over higher elevations of the northern rocky mountain front. Including the glacier park region late this morning. The snow will continue to fall this afternoon through Monday morning. The snow will affect travel across going to the sun road at logans pass. Along with any outdoor recreational activities at elevations above 6500 feet.

* Snow accumulations: snow accumulations around an inch can be expected at logans pass. With total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches for elevations above 7000 feet.

* Winds and visibility: northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph. Combined with falling snow will reduce visibilities below one mile at times.

* Locations affected include: logan pass.
